Songs of Celebration

Saturday, 9 December 2017, 7 pm

It is called the "Magnificat," Mary's celebration of the angel's news that she will give birth to Jesus.  Come hear how this joyous scripture has been celebrated through the ages.  Plus, with roasting chestnuts and bedecked halls, a carol from Coventry and carols by candlelight, the Master Chorale and our Youth Choirs will rest you merry gentlemen and ladies alike!

Let Our Spirits Soar

Saturday, 10 March 2018, 7 pm

Composer Dan Forrest's "Requiem for the Living" celebrates all our lives, both of those already passed and those of us still here to enjoy this precious gift. No less uplifting is Handel's "Utrecht Jubilate," written to celebrate a hard-fought peace, and the fourth movement of Beethoven's Ninth Symphony, his ecstatic "Ode to Joy."

It's All About the Music!

Saturday, 2 June 2018, 7 pm

Bass, treble, and everything in between will be ringing from the stage, as the Chorale and our Youth Choirs celebrate the gift that keeps on giving - music itself. Handel, Elgar, Rutter, Memley - even some Allan Petker - will be on the bill.  It'll be a grand night for singing sweet music and filling your heart.
